The exterior is high gloss polished and the inside is brushed and features a volume scale from 0. 5 to 2. 5 litres along with 2 to 10 cups. On the bottom of the bowl, there is a detachable silicone ring to avoid metal to metal contact, causing scratches, between the bowl and the machine. The beater bowl can withstand heat and is excellent for making, for example, Italian meringue.
